2026 Teams Registration Form
Welcome to the Athletic Teams Registration system for Northbrook Club! We are excited for you to join us for the 2026 season.
Before you register: Please note that NO REFUNDS will be issued for registrations submitted on this site. Do not register for any teams unless you are already a PAID member of Northbrook Club. Double-check all information before you process your registration.
Please use only the name you want the coaches to use. Please do not use nicknames or middle initials.

Fees: First sport is $125.
Second sport will be $100 if both sports are registered for at the same time.
We regret that we won’t be able to offer this discount if the two sports are registered for separately. As always, seniors will be free for swim and dive, but you will still need to register them.
Swim Only - $125
Dive Only - $125
Swim and Dive - $225
If you have already registered, you would have received an email confirmation of your registration. If you are unsure, check your email for a confirmation before registering.
As a courtesy to the team, please register by **June 1** so swimmers can be assigned their number prior to time trials.
